October 13 - October 31
This is your annual opportunity to enroll or make changes to your benefits. This year's Open Enrollment is a passive enrollment. If no changes are needed, no action is required. Your current elections will automatically roll over to the new plan year.
*EXCEPTION! FSA elections do not rollover and you must re-enroll for the 2026 plan year.
Note the following benefit changes for 2026:
- The 250 medical plan will be discontinued in 2026. Employees enrolled in this plan will be auto enrolled in the 400 medical plan, unless a new election is made.
Be sure to review all Beneficiary Designations for accuracy!

Welcome New Employees
You are eligible to participate in GSWP's plans if you are an active full-time employee and regularly work 30 or more hours per week. You and your eligible family members can participate in the benefits package on the first of the month following your date of hire.
The elections you make now will remain until the next Open Enrollment period, unless you experience a qualifying life event.
